Fabolous Goes Off With Bars Over Nas’ “Black Republican” On #Freestyle102 [WATCH]

Brooklyn legend Fabolous has been in the game for a cool 20 years but hasn’t slowed down a bit. He popped into the Power 106 #LIFTOFF to flex his lyrical abilities with a freestyle over Nas’ “Black Republican.”

Fab ripped through it when he got into his zone and, added some political bars which was perfect with the instrumental.

“I feel like a rap republican, red cap like I’m Trumpin’ them / Make loyalty cool again, don’t ship jump with them / Haters want to see greats fall, Humpty Dumpty em,” he raps.

He left us super hungry for more and, can’t wait to see what the second part of the freestyle holds.

New Music: Benny The Butcher – “Did I” [LISTEN]

Benny the Butcher is back with a new single titled, “Did I” and it is different from what we’re used to hearing from him.

This track is a little slower than the typical Benny but motivational and inspiring nonetheless. In this single he teams up with 808 Mafia’s Fuse and Black Metaphor for a soulful and powerful sound.

He came hard but also very passionately talking about how he started from being in the streets to making it out by rapping just like many others before him.

Jay Electronica Releases His Highly-Anticipated Album ‘A Written Testimony’ [STREAM]

Over a decade in anticipation gas led up to Jay Electronica’s debut album, ‘A Written Testimony’.

Jay Z is all over this LP, just like Ghostface was on Raekwon’s “Only Built For Cuban Links,” which makes this tape almost like “Watch The Throne 2.”

Allegedly recorded over 40 days & 40 nights, the bulk of the production is done by Jay Electronica himself. The cover art is a photo of Beyoncé’s infinity pool.

Both Jay’s snap on the tracks like the fingers of Thanos. Stand out cuts include “The Blinding” & “Flux Capacitor.” Hopefully we don’t have to wait another decade for a follow-up.

New Music: Fivio Foreign – “Big Drip (Remix)” Feat. Lil Baby & Quavo [LISTEN]

Fivio Foreign has finally released the remix for his breakout song called “Big Drip,” which includes features from two hip-hop heavyweights in Quavo and Lil Baby.

On the track, Quavo came in with his usual flow on top of his hard-hitting bars while Lil Baby’s verse was more catchy with his at times-melodic rapping style.

New Music: Megan Thee Stallion – “Freak” Feat. Tyga [LISTEN]

Tyga has been on a roll lately and it seems like he is not stopping anytime soon. The “Taste” rapper joins forces with Megan Thee Stallion for a new song called “Freak.”

This collaboration is the first-ever between the two and it did not disappoint. T-Raww killed the track per usual with his raunchy bars combined with his monotone style of rapping.

On the other hand, Megan came with an aggressive flow for her verse that blends so well with the song. One could say that both artists delivered another new strip club banger anthem for people to enjoy.
