Kendrick Lamar Makes His Acting Debut On “Power” [PEEP]

We already know how good of a rapper Kendrick Lamar is. There is no doubting his spot as one of this era’s top-selling and most talented rappers. The Pulitzer-Prize winner appears to be crossing over to acting making his television debut on the Starz’ hit series, “Power.”

50 Cent first announced K. Dot’s guest appearance on his Instagram last week.

Kung-Fu Kenny appears in the episode entitled “Happy Birthday,” where he plays the role of a drug addict named Laces that ends up taking the show by storm.

Courtney Kemp, who is the showrunner for “Power” has already been asked if fans will be seeing more Laces (Kendrick’s character) on the show to which she responded, “I can’t tell you that before the episode airs! Why would I tell you that?”

The show aired on Starz tonight, it is available for streaming on the Starz app.

The family Miguel comes through with some fresh vibes on his new trippy track, “Python,” where he shows off his vocals and experiments with some new sounds.

When Miguel came through the #LIFTOFF back in May he told Justin and Sourmilk that he was working on a Spanish album saying, “I’m really nervous to do it, I don’t want it to be bad, but I’m really excited to do it.”

YG Unleashes “Handgun” Feat. A$AP Rocky + ‘Stay Dangerous’ Track Listing [PEEP]

On the week before his highly-anticipated ‘Stay Dangerous’ album drops, YG unleashes his newest single “Handgun,” where he unloads some hard lyrics with his collaborator A$AP Rocky.

The single was accompanied with the visuals in which YG plays a “Drip Instructor” at Kamp Drip and orders his soldiers to “Drip Everyday. The new recruits follow suit while the Bompton rapper pulls out guns from vending machines.

Next Friday, August 3rd YG will be dropping his ‘Stay Dangerous’ album, which is the follow-up to 2016’s ‘Still Brazy’. The rapper shared the track list that includes features from Nicki Minaj, 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Quavo, Ty Dolla $ign, Jay 305, Mozzy, and YoungBoy Never Broke Again.

New Video: Drake – “Nonstop” [WATCH]

Continuing the promotion of his ‘Scorpion’ double album, Drake unveils the black-and-white video for “Nonstop.” Directed by Theo Skudra, the visual was shot in London, where Drizzy is shown performing at Wireless Festival, then hitting a nightclub with French Montana and Quavo. He continues his run through the London with a double decker ride along the central part of the city.

It is said that Drake’s next video will be for “In My Feelings,” which is being shot in New Orleans.
