The lovely Nicky G caught up with Eric Bellinger and talked writing for Chris Brown and how “Fine China” came to fruition. Not only does Eric say Breezy’s initial reaction to the record, but he also calls him the next MJ.
He walked in and heard 30 seconds of it… he said, ‘Stop it, I don’t wanna hear no more.’ I was like, ‘What are you doing, Why? Wait until you hear the second verse.’ So, he went [into the booth] and recorded it and he finished the end of it.” It was one of those moments in studio!
