Logic Announces New Album ‘Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind’ [PEEP]

Logic announced on his Instagram and Twitter that he will be dropping a new album entitled ‘Confessions of a Dangerous Mind’ very soon.

The upcoming album appears to be coming alongside of his debut novel “Supermarket” that is expected to release later this month. On social media the wordsmith released a music video that also served as a trailer for the album.

In the video Logic previews an upcoming single, but had an amazing visual, and unmatched lyrical content. Young Bobby Tarantino begins the video rapping in front of an all-black background and starts bleeding from the his neck. By the end of it, his entire body is covered. While this is happening he opens up about his insecurities and his ability to relate to those going through depression, and comparison issues.

IDK comes through with his smoky new single “Trigger Happy,” where he comes directly at rappers (*cough Logic*) and bloggers. Over Rascal & Vontae Thomas’ production he fires off rapid raps with warning shots and an epic pep talk for the industry.

“Logic and his manager tried to ruin my deal / I guess that’s what happens when you tell a n***a / Who spent his whole career pulling that he’s black / That he ain’t black still / But when you taking food out my fridge, I ain’t gotta chill / And that’s for real, this ain’t a diss / He won’t respond, this ain’t a risk,” he raps.

Logic Drops New Freestyle + Announces New Album & Release Date [PEEP]

When Logic came through the Power 106 #LIFTOFF earlier this year he told Justin Credible and DJ Sourmilk that he had “several albums that are finished.” Today, he dropped a freestyle on his Instagram page and at the end he announced his next album ‘Young Sinatra IV’ is dropping September 28th.

A few months ago he dropped ‘Bobby Tarantino 2’ and has gone one to release two loosies in “The Return” and “One Day” featuring Ryan Tedder as well. It’s unclear if those two loosies will make the upcoming album.

‘Young Sinatra IV’ will mark the fourth installment of his ‘Young Sinatra’ series, which started as mixtapes, but the latest will be classified as an album. The last one was 2013’s ‘Young Sinatra: Welcome to Forever’.

‘Bobby Tarantino II’ debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 back in March and with his crazy fanbase it would be crazy to think ‘Young Sinatra IV’ will be any different. Stay tuned for more details as they unfold.
