E-40 Drops 26th Album ‘Practice Makes Paper’ [STREAM]

The Bay Area is in the building!

A Triple OG to the fullest who’s been in the game since 2-Pac was a teenager, E-40 has just released his 26th studio album, ‘Practice Makes Paper’.

The album’s lead single, “Chase The Money” circulating in the streets, this highly-anticipated project boasts a staggering amount of features, including the likes of stars such as Rick Ross, Quavo, Ty Dolla $ign, Wiz Khalifa, Scarface, Tee Grizzley, Fabolous, Redman; and also up and comers like $tupid Young, P-Lo and OMB Peezy. 

With 26 songs from the tongue-twisting MC, the follow-up to 40 Water’s 2018 effort The Gift Of Gab serves as even more proof as to why the Vallejo native is one of the G.O.A.T.’s of the game.

New Music: $tupid Young – “All Day” Feat. E-40 [LISTEN]

LBC stand up!

The latest in line of his city’s history of standout stars, $tupid Young is back with his newest single “All Day,” featuring Bay Area legend E-40.

Over a thumping beat from “Mando” producer Paupa, Young and the SickWidIt ruler deliver their signature flows and rhyme about street life on the West Coast in a joint meant to blast in the whip or at the block party.

With $tupid having dropped a string of fire singles and 40 gearing up for yet another album release, let’s hope this won’t be their last collaboration anytime soon.

New Music: E-40 – “Chase The Bank” Feat. Quavo, ScHoolboy Q, A$AP Ferg & Roddy Ricch [LISTEN]

Over the weekend E-40 announced that is new album ‘Practice Makes Paper’ will be released on July 26th. To begin the album rollout 40 Water delivers the first single off the album in “Chase the Money” featuring an all-star cast of  Quavo, ScHoolboy Q, A$AP Ferg, and Roddy Ricch.

The single comes with the video, which has been in the works as BTS footage hit social media a few weeks ago.

New Music: O.T. Genasis – “BAE (Remix)” Feat. G-Eazy, Rich The Kid & E-40 [LISTEN]

Known for dropping bangers, O.T. Genasis came with another one back in December with “BAE.” The braggadocio that was already hot gets even hotter as the Long Beach rapper adds G-Eazy, Rich The Kid, and E-40 for the remix.

New Video: 2 Chainz – “2 Dollar Bill” Feat. Lil Wayne & E-40 [WATCH]

 

2 Chainz has been going big in the videos he’s released for singles off his ‘Rap or Go to the League’ album and the latest one for “2 Dollar Bill” featuring Lil Wayne and E-40 is no different. The trippy clip opens with a family eating a steak as rare as a “2 Dollar Bill” and shows more bizarre things throughout.

NEW LEAK: OMB Peezy – “Mind Overkill” [PREMIERE]

Being signed to E-40’s Sick Wid It Records has given rising Alabama rapper OMB Peezy a big platform to showcase his talents. The young spitter is deep-rooted and delivers raps with substance, which can be heard on his recent ‘Loyalty Over Love’ mixtape.

Today Peezy revisits the mixtape and shares the dark video for “Mind Overkill,” where he gets in touch with his feelings and delivers an affecting mission statement. In the video Peezy finds himself in a dark space similar to a interrogation room and bares his soul, letting his emotions spill while smoking a blunt.

E-40 Drops ‘The Gift Of Gab’ LP [STREAM]

For more than 25-years E-40 has been consistently dominating with his persistent musical output. With that being said it should be no surprise that he is getting ready to release his ‘Rule of Thumb and Practice Makes Paper’ albums. Before that he kicks off the first album of the ‘The Definition’ trilogy with ‘The Gift of Gab’.

‘The Gift of Gab’ as he puts it means, “the ability to speak with eloquence and fluency.”

Over 12-tracks E-40 collaborates with different new and OG rappers in the industry. Contributions come from Ty Dolla $ign, Problem, Vince Staples, G Perico, Kent Jones, Konshens, Rich Rocka, Yhung T.O, amongst others.

E-40 & B-Legit Team Up For ‘Connected & Respected’ Project [STREAM]

Real life cousins E-40 and B-Legit team up for their collaborative ‘Connected & Respected’ project. Even though they have had other business venture like The Click collective, this is their first album as a duo and it is sure to represent the Bay the right way.

In 40’s words this album “fits together like a booger to a nose.” It includes appearances from P-Lo, Uncle Murda, Rexx Life Raj, The Click, Ocky, Stresmatic, JT the 4th, DecadeZ, ProHoeZak, and 4rAx.

It’s been a busy week for G-Eazy. Besides celebrating his 28th birthday, the Bay Area rapper released five new singles this week. Today he returns with the visuals for the new single “Shake It Up” featuring E-40, MadeinTYO, and 24hrs.

Young Gerald, 40, 2four, and TYO all hit a neon-LIT strip club in the video, where strippers twerk upside down and sideways as things get shaken up. With asses wiggling all kinds of ways, the collaborators vibe out with money all over the floor.
