On the 44th birthday of hip hop, Dizzy Wright delivers his new album ‘The Golden Age 2’, where he unleashes a fury a real hip hop tracks for all the enthusiasts out there. This one marks Dizzy’s third studio album and follows 2015’s ‘The Growing Process’.
Over 18-tracks, Dizzy shows his lyrical attributes, while collaborating with Big K.R.I.T., G Perico, Chellé, Euroz, Reezy, Sedrew Price, and others.

Dizzy Wright was recently out in New York for the 2013 XXL Freshmen show as well as his own show. We are able to link up with the Las Vegas rapper for an interview. First, he talks about remaining independent and the West Coast movement. He goes on to salute the TDE camp, YG, Joey Bada$$ and Flatbush Zombies. Then, Dizzy speaks on his upcoming mixtape ‘Golden Age’, which will be released in July. He also spoke on his dream collaborations, revealing that he would like do work with Andre 3000, Nas, Wyclef Jean and Lauryn Hill. Finally, he discusses his sound and journey so far. Last but not least, XXL releases the official annual XXL Freshman mixtape, hosted by DJ Drama. Seventeen tracks from the freshman ten (ScHoolboy Q, Trinidad Jame$, Joey Bada$$, Ab-Soul, Logic, Action Bronson, Kirko Bangz, Travi$ Scott, Angel Haze and Dizzy Wright) kick off the last leg of XXL Freshman promo.
