You know if it’s about “Culture,” the Migos have to be involved. The trio helped MTV bring back their once popular music countdown show, “Total Request Live,” by performing their new single, “Too Hotty.”

For the first time in nine years, the show re-aired, as Quavo, Offset, and Takeoff brought the swag to Times Square and performed right outside the MTV studio, where several classic moments took place in the early ’90s and 2000s.

“TRL” will air Monday through Friday at 3:30 pm EST. New hosts include Amy Pham, D.C. Young Fly, Erik Zachary, Lawrence Jackson and Tamara Dhia.

Securing the No. 1 spot will put you in the spotlight, or atleast in the case of Migos it did. Last night the trio took their No. 1, smash single “Bad and Boujee” to late night, to perform it on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”

Last week it was announced that the single, which features Lil’ Uzi Vert, topped Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, replacing Ed Sheeran’s record-breaking “Shape of You.” For the three Trapeteers, it was their first chart-topping record, and has gained added popularity since Donald Glover (a.k.a. Childish Gambino) shouted it out during his Golden Globes acceptance speech.

“Bad and Boujee” will be one of 12 songs on the Migos’ forthcoming album, ‘C U L T U R E’, which is expected to drop on February 27th. The album will include features from Travis Scott, DJ Khaled, Lil’ Uzi Vert, and more.

It’s been a hot start to the year for Migos, who recently were awarded their first No. 1 single for “Bad and Boujee” featuring Lil’ Uzi Vert. The trio is back on the motivational single “I Can” featuring up-and-comer, Hoodrich Pablo Juan.

With piano keys bouncing around the track, Migos and Hoodrich Pablo Juan exchange money-making bars over the DJ Spinz and Honorable C.N.O.T.E.-produced instrumental.

Hoodrich P recently told The FADER that the combination on the song is a knockout as, “They the hottest rap group period and I’m the hottest up-and-coming.” Listen below and tell us in the comments below if you agree.

New Video: Migos – “T-Shirt” [WATCH]

It’s been a busy week for Migos. Earlier this week they shared the tracklist, cover art, and release date for their forthcoming album ‘C U L T U R E’, and today they end the week by dropping the visuals for “T-Shirt” co-directed by Quavo.

The three trap-eteers show off their fur as they dress as eskimos wearing Versace snow boots. As they roll around the snow in snowmobiles accompanied by models, they stop to practice archery before rolling to the cabin to sip on hot chocolate.

With not even a full day of being released, the video has received critical acclaim by fans and Chance The Rapper who questioned if Quavo has ever directed in the past, before saying the video deserves an Oscar.

The track is set to land on ‘C U L T U R E’, which is set to be released January 27th.

Migos Share ‘Culture’ Cover Art & Release Date [PEEP]

migos-culture

Migos made a major splash in 2016 by dropping anthem after anthem. This year the trio is looking to pick up where they left off, as they revealed the cover art and announce the release date of their forthcoming album ‘CULTURE’.

The colorful artwork for the album which will be released January 27th, shows a collage of Quavo, Offset, and Takeoff, along with doves, white roses, flames, and other things.

Just a few months ago a rumored tracklist for ‘CULTURE’ surfaced on the Internet and included the single “Bad and Boujee” featuring Lil’ Uzi Vert. The rumored tracklist was just that and no official tracklist has been made available.

As for “Bad and Boujee,” the single can very well be featured on the album after its major success on YouTube, with numbers soaring past 75-million and stacking at No. 2 on Billboard’s Hot 100, making it the group’s biggest success to date.

“If you like the single, the album will blow your mind,” said Pee and Coach K of Quality Control Music.

Yesterday the group also dropped the visuals for their single “Call Casting.”
