The Bloom Remix adds more dance and electronic synthesis to the original, which was for the most part very mellow and consisted only of piano keys.

Following a disappointing week in American politics, where Donald Trump was elected the next president, Common drops a politically-charged remix to “Black America Again” featuring Gucci Mane, Pusha T, and BJ the Chicago Kid.

The title song to Common’s recent album ‘Black America Again’ includes a new instrumental, politically and socially-driven versus from Gucci and Pusha T, and replaces Stevie Wonder’s hook with one from BJ the Chicago Kid. Common also joins in with a new set of bars. Listen below.

Last week Common debuted his new song “Letter to the Free” featuring Bilal at his “Tiny Desk Concert” with NPR at The White House.

The socially-charged track is set to be on Common’s forthcoming album ‘Black America Again’ available November 4th.
