New Music: Fat Joe & Dre – “Pick It Up” [LISTEN]

Using 2-Pac’s “Ambitionz Az A Ridah” as inspiration, Fat Joe and Dre make a strip club anthem on their newest collaboration, “Pick It Up.” This one follows last year’s “So Excited,” which did pretty well for both Joey and Dre.

“I like to be in the pussy but never being a pussy / I peeped you on that ‘Gram and you be slingin’ that pussy,” raps Fat Joe.

New Video: Nipsey Hussle – “Grinding All My Life / Stucc In The Grind” [WATCH]

Coming off the release of his new single “Last Time I Checced” featuring YG, Nipsey Hussle wastes no time as he comes through with the visuals for “Grinding All My Life / Stucc in the Grind.”

Nip kills two birds with one stone with the combination of the singles into one video. “Grinding All My Life” is off the “True to the Game” soundtrack, while “Stucc in the Grind” landed on Nip’s collaborative ‘No Pressure’ mixtape with Bino Rideaux.

‘Victory Lap’ is set to be released Friday, February 16th.

New Music: Dreezy – “2nd To None” Feat. 2 Chainz [LISTEN]

Dreezy nabs 2 Chainz for her new single “2nd to None.”

Over the Southside 808 Mafia-produced banger, the Dreezy and Tity Boi go off about always coming in first place and deading all competition in the process. “I’m second to none, you nothin’ / I’m next to a nun, she naked / No disrespect, my check long as a confession,” raps the Chicago rapper.

Drake Releases Surprise Two-Track ‘Scary Hours’ EP [LISTEN]

Back in the good ol’ days Drake would release one offs and singles at off hours which he dubbed “scary hours.” Going back to his roots The 6 God releases his surprise two-track ‘Scary Hours’ EP.

On the fearsome two-track EP, Drizzy goes off starting with the vibrant “God’s Plan” single. He then continues the onslaught on the darker “Diplomatic Immunity,” where he goes in with vicious bars that may go over your head if you don’t listen closely.

“I’ve seen budding careers turn to sit around and talk about other careers, judging their peers / Knowledge from n****s who did not contribute to none of this here,” he spits on “Diplomatic Immunity.” Some would say it could be a shot a Joe Budden.

Tinashe Shares New Single “No Drama” Feat. Offset Along With Visuals [PEEP]

Along with the release of her new single “No Drama” featuring Offset, Tinashe shares the dark, starry visuals.

In the video Tinashe shows off her dancing moves with some killer choreography. She is then shown sparring with a seductive outfit that is sure to catch the viewer’s eye. Meanwhile Offset does his verse in an abandoned warehouse.

This single is expected to be on Tinashe’s upcoming ‘Joyride’ album along with the other two songs she teased earlier this week, which are “Me So Bad” and “Faded Love.”

New Video: French Montana – “Famous” [WATCH]

French Montana goes to his motherland of Morocco for the visuals of “Famous,” off last year’s ‘Jungle Rules’ album.

Co-directed by French and Director X, the video takes viewers on a scenic tour of the New York rapper’s homeland. Loaded with dope views, French is surrounded by love and shows native activities like a soccer match and a dance battle.

Justine Skye Unleashes Her Debut Album ‘Ultraviolet’ [STREAM]

For a while now fans of Justine Skye have been waiting for the release of her debut album, ‘Ultraviolet’. The R&B songstress released her long-awaited album today to the delight of many people.

Packed with 10-tracks, ‘Ultraviolet’ includes collaborations from PARTYNEXTDOOR on “You Got Me” and “Goodlove,” Jeremih on “Back for More,” WizKid on “U Don’t Know,” and HITMAKA. It also includes “Wasteland.”

Nipsey Hussle Drops New Single “Last Time I Checced” Feat. YG + Visuals [PEEP]

Last night Nipsey Hussle had a listening premiere for his new YG-assisted single “Last Time I Checced” at his Marathon store. The party was a success with loads of fans that have pre-ordered his upcoming ‘Victory Lap’ attending, along with some of his homies.

Nip the Crip returns today with the visuals along with his “Fuck Donald Trump” partner, YG. Directed by Sergio the video shows both rappers flexing as they ride around LA and are then shown with a split blue and red background to represent their sets respectively.

“Last Time I Checced” is the second single off his forthcoming debut album and follows “Rap N****s.” ‘Victory Lap’ is set to be released Friday, February 16th.

New Video: Ty Dolla $ign – “Ex” Feat. YG [WATCH]

Ty Dolla $ign and YG mix Henny with that Bombay in the throwback-inspired video for “Ex” off the Taylor Gang crooner’s ‘Beach House 3’ album.

Using a sample of 112’s “Only You,” Dolla $ign and YG keep it all the way West Coast, as they ride around LA in lowriders and link up at The Grove and The Original Farmers Market on 3rd Street. From there they party in a house full of models and sip Henny and Bombay out of red SOLO cups.

2 Chainz Hints At ‘ColleGrove 2’ Project With Lil Wayne [PEEP]

Being from the South the combination of 2 Chainz and Lil Wayne made for a genius collaborative mixtape two-years-ago. It appears that the duo is ready to embark on a sequel of their ‘ColleGrove’ project with Chainz fueling it.

Yesterday, Tity 2 Chainz posted a picture of he and Wayne with a caption that read, “ME AND MY BROTHA GOTTA ANOTHER 1 ON THE WAY 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿🔥🔥🔥👊🏿👊🏿👊🏿😈😈😈,” immediately sparking speculation for a ‘ColleGrove 2’ tape.

In April 2016 2 Chainz said in an interview that there was “plenty” of more music from him and Wayne on the way. When asked about a second installment Tunechi replied by saying, “that’s already done.”

Wayne recently-released his ‘Dedication 6’ mixtape and is expected to drop a reloaded version soon. As for Chainz he continues to work on his Viceland show and appears to be working on some new music as well. Stay tuned.
